"Tracking Was Actually Right"
I was surprised because the driver map was actually spot on the whole time and the food showed up right when it said it would, which almost never feels that accurate, so that was a nice change

"App is really easy to use"
I like how simple the Postmates app is. Finding food, adding things to my cart, and tracking the driver is all really straightforward. There’s no unnecessary confusing stuff to deal with, which I appreciate. I don’t have to think too much about it, it just works

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
My Postmates driver was really professional today, at least from my experience. He sent a quick update when he was getting close, which was nice, and it didn’t feel awkward or anything. The food showed up in good shape with no spills, and he seemed to follow the drop-off notes exactly. That makes a bigger difference than people might think. Overall, it was just a really smooth order. Nice driver, respectful, and on time. I’d definitely be happy if more deliveries went this way

"I feel like I’m always getting some..."
I feel like I’m always getting some kind of promo code, and it’s been nice because on those nights when I’m totally wiped out and don’t even want to think about cooking, it makes ordering dinner feel a little less guilty and a lot more affordable, so yeah, it’s been working well for me.

"Missing Item, But Support Came Through"
My order showed up with one item missing, which was kind of annoying. But I contacted support and they refunded it quickly, so that was a nice surprise. Not thrilled it happened in the first place, but I’m happy with how they handled it overall

"Late Start, Surprisingly Quick Fix"
The driver showed up late, which was a fun little plot twist I definitely didn’t ask for. But to be fair, support jumped in fast and sorted it out quicker than I expected, so the whole thing ended up being less annoying than it could’ve been.

My Postmates order showed up with everything I picked, which was nice... no missing sauce, no wrong drink, none of that. It did take a little longer than I expected, but since the order was accurate, I’d still give it 4 stars.

"Easy Account Update"
I needed to change my phone number and update my payment info on Postmates, it went about how it should. I expected it might turn into a hassle, but everything saved quickly and I didn’t get logged out or hit any weird errors. I also looked through my past orders without any trouble. Nothing fancy, but the basic account stuff works, and that’s really all you want.

"I mostly use Postmates when I’m too…"
I mostly use Postmates when I’m too lazy to bounce around between like three different delivery apps. It’s just easier. The menus have been spot-on for me, even with smaller local spots where other apps sometimes get weird. Prices and item names usually line up with what the restaurant actually has, and I haven’t run into a bunch of missing options or random menu mistakes. Basically, it saves me the headache when I just want food without digging around forever. 5 stars from me

The driver texted me right away, which was really nice because I wasn’t left wondering what was going on or checking my phone every two seconds, so yeah, communication was quick and easy

One drink was missing from my order, and I immediately assumed it was going to be a hassle. I reported it in the app though, and they gave me credit quickly. Not a huge deal in the end, support handled it fine...

"Quick support made it painless"
I’m probably a little biased because I really hate dealing with support chats, but this was actually super easy. One of my drinks was missing, so I messaged them and they got back to me really fast. The refund was sorted within a few minutes, with no annoying back and forth. Definitely made the whole situation way less frustrating

"Felt a bit ignored, but the basics worked"
The payment went through quickly and the receipt was clear, so that part was fine. I just felt kind of ignored when I had a question afterward and didn’t really get much of a response. If the support had been more attentive, the whole experience would’ve felt a lot better.

i still find it handy and use it when i need to. it works well enough, but the fees can add up faster than you expect, so i try to be a little more careful with it now.
